Call for Availability

Our Rentals are very popular and they book up quickly. Unfortunately the Calendar Plugin System of WIX (our website provider) does not work properly and does not sync with our AirBnB Calendars. This can result in days appearing to be available that are already booked. This is very frustrating but there is nothing we can do about this, it's completely out of our hands. In order to best reserve a rental please call us directly to confirm availability and book.

When booking with us we would like to note the following:

Check-In is anytime after 3:00 PM and Check-Out is by 10:00 AM.
No Campfires, gas grills, or open flames of any kind are permitted at our rentals due to fire danger and insurance regulations.
We only accept bookings up to a maximum of six months ahead of time.
Our Homes that feature running water are off-limits to parties with toddlers and young children due to inherent drowning risk. Guests who try to sneak by this rule will be asked to leave upon discovery and they will not be refunded for their booking.
No pets are allowed at Running Bear and Soaring Eagle at this current time. This may be subject to change in the future.
Our only house rule is that we kindly ask that you wash your dishes before checking out. We will take care of everything else.
We have a strict NO-REFUND policy for booking directly with us. If you would like to book with a cancellation policy we recommend you book with us through AirBnB where we have set cancellation policies. Our AirBnB link is posted below.
